How does the Entrepreneur plan work?

Running a small operation or not ready to commit to a plan just yet? Try the Entrepreneur plan. It’s Always Free plan! No credit card is required. Simply give Trakeze a try and you can upgrade your plan to a Small Business or Enterprise account at any time, if you wish.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Trakeze is a pay-monthly-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You may cancel your account at any time.

How can I pay for a Trakeze Pro or Enterprise account?

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. You may choose to fund your payment with your regular PayPal account balance or through a major credit card (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

Can I pay annually instead of monthly?

Yes! You can save 10% by signing up for a yearly plan, as opposed to a pay-as-you-go monthly plan.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. Trakeze is a pay-as-you-go service. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current month, but will not be billed again. We do not offer partial refunds.

Are there any hidden fees involved in setting up a free account?

Absolutely not.

Do you provide discounts for nonprofits?

Yes! Trakeze offers highly discounted accounts to valid 501(c)3 nonprofit and charity organizations. Contact us to take advantage of the discount.

Trakeze isn’t for me and I have already paid for the subscription. What is your refund policy?

If you are still within your money-back satisfaction guarantee period, and you do not like the product and wish to stop using Trakeze, we will refund your subscription fees, provided you cancel the account before the end of that period. Please note that the money-back guarantee only applies to new customers and for the initial orders and not upgrades. Please read our Terms of Use for further details.
