Is this price per user or per organization?
The pricing you see for each application is per organization. Once your account is setup, you can create up to 10 users within the application and provide them individual logins.
What is included in the free trial?
The free trial is a fully-functional application based on the modules you select with no limits of any type – create as many customers, contacts, projects, tasks, timesheets, etc.
Why do I need to select a unique URL?
The URL has to be unique to provide you access to your company’s portal. This is your chance to reserve a URL for your organization on the Trakeze network.
What happens to my account at the end of the trial? Does a paid subscription automatically start?
Once you have gone through a trial period, you can choose to submit your credit card information to initiate your paid subscription.
I did the trial and then I got a subscription but now I want to cancel the service. What is your refund policy?
We have a 90-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you do not like the product and wish to stop using Trakeze, we will refund your subscription fees, provided you cancel the account within 90 days of the start of your paid subscription.
Do you need my credit card to register for the free trial?
No. Just select the applications, pick a URL, and you are ready to go!
Is this system available worldwide? In other languages?
At this time, we only offer Trakeze in English to organizations in the USA. Once you sign-up, however, you can use the application anywhere in the world. Please check back later while we work on making Trakeze available in other regions and languages.
